Who can join

Adults 18 and older can sign up for free. Affiliates introduce prospective customers; they do not quote, contract for work, or collect customer payments on Tiburon’s behalf. Tiburon may pause accounts for misuse or misleading promotion.

Project rewards: 10% of profit

For a new pool build or renovation, the reward is 10% of positive final project profit after the project is completed and fully paid. For this program, project profit means revenue actually collected, less refunds, taxes collected, job costs such as materials, labor, subcontractors, equipment and permits, and overhead allocated to that job. Tiburon enters and verifies the final profit. A project with no positive profit earns no commission. The 10% rate is recorded with the referral. Examples are illustrations, not earnings guarantees.

Pool service rewards: the first month

For a new recurring pool service customer, the reward equals 100% of the first full month’s recurring service payment actually collected, excluding tax, one-time charges, repairs, and refunds. This is a one-time reward, not a recurring commission. Service must have started and the first month’s payment must have cleared.

Referral eligibility

The homeowner must submit their own details through your unique referral link before they are an existing Tiburon customer or active sales lead. The first valid referral receives credit. Duplicate submissions do not create additional commissions or change the original attribution. Self-referrals, fabricated details, and unauthorized submissions are not eligible. Tiburon verifies customer eligibility and service-area availability before approving rewards.

Tracking and payment

Submitting a lead does not guarantee a commission. Your dashboard shows progress and recorded rewards. Tiburon reviews completed work and collected payment, approves eligible rewards, and arranges payment directly with the affiliate. “Paid” means Tiburon has recorded an actual payment; this website does not automatically transfer money. Payment details and any required tax information are collected separately, not through the public referral form.

Sharing your link

Be clear that you may earn a referral commission. Share only with people who want to hear from you. Do not send spam, misrepresent yourself as a Tiburon employee, or promise pricing, results, or timelines on behalf of Tiburon.

Privacy

Affiliate profiles include name, sign-in email, phone, city, and referral role. Customer requests include contact details, property location, requested service, and the information provided in the form. Tiburon uses these details to review inquiries, contact customers about their request, attribute referrals, and administer rewards. Affiliates can see the referred customer’s name, city, requested service, progress, and commission status; customer phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, project notes, and job finances are restricted to Tiburon’s owner area.

Client consent covers contact about the submitted inquiry. It does not enroll the client in a marketing list. To request a correction, deletion, or privacy assistance, contact Tiburon through the representative handling your inquiry. Records needed for payment history and program administration may be retained.

Changes and questions

The terms accepted at submission are recorded with each profile and referral. Future reward changes should apply to new referrals and be communicated before submission. Contact your Tiburon representative with questions about eligibility or payment.
